Elizabeth provides telehealth therapy across Washington State, working with high achievers, healthcare workers, first responders, front line workers, law enforcement, legal professionals, entrepreneurs, and military members dealing with stress, anxiety, and/or depression. Clients often feel “burned out,” “stuck,” or anxious about the future. Elizabeth’s innovative methods, rooted in her firsthand experience in healthcare and frontline work, as well as through proven scientific methods work to create change both for the individual as well nationwide. Elizabeth frequently speaks on podcasts and in person about provider wellness.
Elizabeth’s methods include using humor and lightheartedness to help create an inviting space where people can come and be themselves without judgment. Treatments focus on multiple, customized evidence-based practice methods. A few examples include cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving therapy, solution focused therapy, and career/life transitions.
Elizabeth's goal is to create a place where clients not only discover the immense value of therapy, but also learn about themselves and find joy, peace, purpose and a sense of direction.
