For more than 20 years I have worked with individuals struggling with relationships, depression, stress, and anxiety for several different reasons including infertility. For many, including individuals and couples who are Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual, the path to parenthood can be complex and emotionally challenging. I take a culturally sensitive approach to working with clients including couples from different backgrounds. My treatment is psychodynamic and compassion oriented. I strongly believe that people can change and relationships can improve. Quality of life and contentment are possible. In my practice I have had the privilege of witnessing these changes first hand.

I currently facilitate the following "Path to Parenthood" support groups: Same Sex Couples; Women 35 years and older; and Men 35 years and older experiencing issues related to infertility. This is often emotionally, physically and financially challenging. I am a professional member of Resolve, the National Infertility Association.

Clinicians sometimes need to talk with about their work. Ethically we must be aware of what we don't know as well as what we know and when to seek assistance. Whether a challenging client or one that triggers us because of our own current circumstances, I provide such supervision.
