
This 6 week program introduces you to mindfulness teachings and provides opportunities to practice within a non-judgmental environment. You learn what it means to be mindful, why meditation is powerful and practical, and how to build a practice. Benefits include: Increased self-awareness, clearer sense of what matters most to you, and how to access the wisdom within yourself. Also, increased self-esteem and self-compassion, an enhanced relationship with your relationship and others. 6 "virtual" classes offered via Zoom that include: Weekly Q & A sessions, Guided practices, Weekly at home reading and practice recommendations, handouts and worksheets.
