Hello! I enjoy working with adults struggling with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I help clients who are overwhelmed and struggling to balance work, school, parenting and other stressors. Often these clients feel stuck and frequently self-sabotage their goals. I help them break through their negative beliefs and negative patterns of behavior using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and other techniques.
I specialize in using EMDR and Internal Family Systems to reduce depressive and anxious symptoms. These symptoms can be caused by past adverse experiences or present triggers. I frequently help people process and move past negative experiences such as car accidents, physical, emotional and sexual abuse, narcissistic relationships, grief, and medical trauma.
