I work with individuals & couples who want to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, & build more meaningful connections with others. Whether you are struggling with relationship difficulties, grief, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck in recurring patterns, we will explore these experiences with curiosity & compassion. My approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, & grounded in psychodynamic principles. I work with young adults, adults, & older adults from diverse cultural, racial, & religious backgrounds. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming & want clients to bring their full selves into the work.

My specialty is working with clients who are experiencing grief & bereavement or other unexpected life transitions. We will explore how past experiences, relationships, and unconscious patterns may be shaping your present life while also drawing on evidence-based practices to support meaningful change. My job is to meet you where you are at.
