Feel better faster with Intensive Therapy to address anxiety, sleeplessness, addictions, and depression. I specialize in the treatment of the long term effects of stress and trauma using the Intensive Therapy approach. Intensive therapy is structured psychotherapy designed to get to the root of the problem faster so clients can move on with their lives with less chronic symptoms. I use research-proven treatments integrated and tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. My approach is creative and collaborative, helping my clients confront what is often painful and otherwise intolerable, and work towards true healing.
I have years of experience working with children, teens and adults. Sessions are typically offered in the Intensive Therapy format (multiple hours, half-day, full-day, multiple days). Most clients find Intensive Therapy more effective than hourly therapy. I utilize evidence-based approaches and am extensively trained in trauma and am a Consultant/Trainer.
