Hi I’m Elizabeth (she/her).
I work with adult individuals navigating anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, internal conflict, or patterns that keep repeating despite their efforts.
I help clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward. In therapy, we slow things down and explore what’s happening beneath the surface so change can emerge in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.
My work supports emotional regulation, self-understanding, and practical coping tools, while also exploring attachment and relational dynamics in an affirming, nonjudgmental space. Additionally, I am a certified psychedelic therapist and offer ketamine-assisted therapy for treatment-resistant depression, focusing on preparation and integration.
Therapy begins by building emotional safety while gaining a deeper understanding of emotions, relationships, and stress. For concerns like anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, or dual diagnoses, we balance practical skill-building with deeper emotional and relational work in a flexible, collaborative way.
