I’m dedicated to supporting trans and non-binary adults and teens better navigate life's challenges while providing a compassionate, affirming space to discover your authentic self. This is a difficult time for our communities, and I am here to help you build your support network and develop coping tools. My work also includes supporting folks who are neurodiverse by creating strategies that utilize your strengths to help you better cope with things that may feel difficult. Many of my clients have experience with depression and anxiety and I can help you find ways to effectively cope with overwhelming feelings.
One of my favorite tools that I specialize in is Internal Family Systems (IFS), which I use to support clients in recognizing and healing internal conflicts that can be keeping you stuck. I also have 5 years of experience providing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to folks experiencing chronic depression. Please find more details on my website.
