I have 15 years of experience working with teens, young adults and adults. The first 5 years focused on young adults (18-25) and their growth, 5 years treating individuals who faced addictions. I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, substance use, relationships challenges, stress, adjustments, grief, and life transitions.
