I am passionate about the power of the therapeutic relationship and believe in meeting clients exactly where they are. I would be honored to help you on your journey to growth and healing! I work with individuals 18 and up with a variety of issues including trauma (religious, sexual, and childhood), perinatal mood & anxiety disorders, boundaries, anxiety, and many more. I am also an EMDR-trained therapist, and I love using EMDR in combination with other therapeutic techniques to help clients find healing and own their unique story.
I received my MEd in Counseling from UGA in 2016, and I have been in private practice since then. There is no one size fits all approach to therapy, so I like to tailor my approach to fit my client's unique needs. Here are a few of the clinical theories I use to guide my practice: EMDR, Person-Centered, IFS, and Narrative.
