Together, we repair your relationship by introducing new methods of communication to increase empathy and flexibility.
I blend techniques from the Top in our field from the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Pragmatic Experiential Couples Therapy. Put in simpler terms, whatever you’re going through, I will find a way to help and bring you closer or find a renewed sense of connection. I have compassion for what it feels like to be vulnerable.
