Hi there, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with life transitions, trauma, self-esteem issues, anxiety, depression, and those experiencing relationship issues. My approaches are evidence-based, and practical. I aim to create a safe space to explore challenges, heal from past trauma, learn coping skills and ways to manage emotions, improve self-esteem, communication, and interpersonal skills. I am passionate about helping my clients break through the barriers that keep them feeling stuck; while empowering them to make changes that will set them free.
Whether our journey together is for a short time or is more long term, I will meet you where you are; mentally and emotionally, and we will work together to help you meet your personal goals.
