As a licensed mental health therapist with a trauma-informed and healing-centered praxis, I approach my work with intentionality, impartiality, and integrity. I completed my degree at Columbia University and have effectively worked with adolescents, adults, and children with intellectual disabilities. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Motivational Interviewing. I am also a Licensed Cosmetologist and Reiki Practitioner, believing in the importance of prioritizing self-care to achieve inner peace and self-acceptance.
My experience spans working with a range of conditions such as addiction, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, grief, and women’s issues. I have a particular passion for supporting survivors of crime, sexual abuse, and intimate partner violence.
I would be honored to support and guide you through your most vulnerable moments, your absolute best moments, and everything in-between. It's important to me to create a space where you truly feel safe, seen, and validated. I look forward to accompanying you in your process of self-awareness, reflection, and whole-body wellness.
