I will hold space for you to be able to explore your psyche with compassion and non-judgement. We will work collaboratively using my training in counseling psychology to guide us into exploring the parts of your life and psychology you are interested in examining. We will bring what we learn back to practical steps you can implement in your daily life to support you in achieving change. Together we will move in the direction you want your life to go.

In our work together, I will pay attention to patterns of behaviors or thoughts that take place across the different sectors of your life in order to bring these patterns to consciousness. I keep an eye toward origin stories and follow symptoms back to their roots to address your presenting problem at its source.

Life certainly challenges us, sometimes brutally! It is important to know, however, that no one needs to go through those challenges alone.
