I work with individuals and couples (whether romantic, familial, or otherwise). I am passionate about healing relationships and trauma, fostering identity development, and supporting the myriad struggles arising in young adulthood, parenthood, and relationships. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience and hold within you the innate ability to heal and grow. I strive to create deep and lasting change in my clients, not simply symptom management or reduction. I welcome all clients regardless of sexual orientation, religion, etc. and am committed to facilitating your growth with compassion and without judgement.
My counseling practice is conveniently located within city limits on 8 beautiful acres where the natural setting is therapeutic in and of itself.
My approach is fundamentally relational and eclectic. I tailor it to your unique needs often blending psychodynamic, CBT, and trauma healing techniques. My clients find that through our work they become more secure, calm, vital, satisfied, and able to live into the life they truly want, including having more fulfilling relationships with others.
My approach is informed by my training, work with clients, and by my own experiences of struggle and transformation. When I am not counseling, I enjoy music, yoga, being outside, and cooking the delicious things I have grown in my garden. Whatever your struggle, I believe it is possible to heal, grow, and overcome.
