I am a trauma therapist and evidenced based modalities including Accelerated Resolution Therapy. I also have a special interest working with adolescents and young adults. I enjoy helping this age group transition to the next phase of life. Women's issues are a priority; including perinatal mental health treatment. Mindfulness, EMDR, and DBT are offered.
