As an LMFT and AASECT certified Sex Therapist, I have a strong ability to guide clients through conflict in navigating emotional and sexual intimacy. Although I have advanced training in sex therapy, I also have extensive training with anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I provide safety and comfort while encouraging all conversations in therapy.
Taking the first step is hard when you can’t imagine change or are not even sure if you desire change. I have a special interest in working with individuals and couples looking to minimize anxiety around intimate communication.
