I resource over 15 years of experience as a Licensed Counselor and evidence-based practices: Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy and am EMDR Certified. You'll gain increased awareness and tools to identify and regulate feelings as they come up. You'll work with your body and mind to regulate and rebuild.
