I am passionate helping people overcome anxiety, depression, and trauma and feel better about themselves. My clients are those who struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, past experiences, or a tough inner critic. They may identify as Highly Sensitive (HSP) or ADHD. They want to understand themselves better, learn coping strategies, and move toward greater balance, joy, and self-esteem. They want healthy, fulfilling relationships. As a marriage and family therapist intern, I offer a warm and safe space for clients to explore their feelings, needs, and worries.
My approach is warm and supportive with an emphasis on creating a healing relationship so clients can safely explore thoughts and emotions, learn coping skills, and nurture self-compassion. I use Parts and Memory Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative, and mindfulness informed by my understanding of each client's needs and experiences.
The client/therapist relationship is the most important part of therapy, so it is important for you to find the right therapist that makes you feel safe. If you are looking for someone who is supportive, warm, and nonjudgmental, email me to get started.
