I’m Elizabeth, of Elizabeth Carey Clinical Hypnotherapy. I started this extension of my personal and leadership development business because I saw a missing piece in the world today. Real, sustainable help in relieving life’s struggles in a way that is practical and makes sense for real people, in their real lives. Everyone has some or a few life struggles that limit them in some way. And, more than likely they have tried many things to resolve these issues. I promise you this combination of coaching, counseling and clinical hypnotherapy will work and fast! Insomnia, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, OCD are a few of my specialties!

High on the wish list for everyone is simple – Relief, Resolution, and Solutions. Relief from the relentless, stressful experience that is happening in your life and the chance to live a life you know, on some level, you deserve. Something free of difficulty, more simple, less complicated, more calm, and less anxious. Something that is free, light, vital!

I grew up in a very dangerous alcoholic home that was not safe and I grew up unprotected, unloved, and entirely not nurtured. There was a lot for me to digest, resolve, unpack, and heal, but I did it (and still am) and you can, too! We can do it together in a healing partnership.
