I am a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor specializing in play therapy with children, family therapy, creative counseling for adolescents, and trauma-informed treatment. I utilize an integrative, mindful approach to address the whole individual and promote healing and wellness.
I provide therapy based on developmental level and needs of the individual, within the framework of the whole person and founded in a safe therapeutic relationship. I also support parents in creating a healthy family structure while repairing and improving familial relationships and individuals healing from trauma throughout the lifespan.
