My practice, grounded in years of diverse experience, can give you the support you need and telehealth offers the privacy and convenience of online sessions. I am licensed in FL, NY, IN, ID, and UT, a certified EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT therapist, Addictions Professional, CFRC, and a TBHI Board Certified Telehealth Professional. My 35+ years with 12 Step, A Course in Miracles, and Breathwork practice brings a spiritual focus to my counseling. Contact me to begin your journey to a new life.
My holistic approach utilizes a blend of traditional, creative and experiential therapies, which address depression, anxiety, trauma, alcoholism, addictions, codependency, life transitions, and behavioral issues, as well as relationships, parenting, grief, career, and overall well-being.
