Therapy with me is highly relational, as I recognize the importance of establishing trust and safety in order for therapy to happen. As a therapist, I utilize an integrative, holistic approach, with IFS, Interpersonal Neurobiology, and Attachment theory as anchoring modalities. My areas of focus include generalized anxiety & depression, relationships & trauma.
I receive ongoing training rooted in interpersonal neurobiology (IPNB), a theory that emphasizes our development as humans is a product of the relationship between brain, body and interpersonal connection. When there is significant distress in one or more of these areas, human function is influenced and impacted on a neurobiological level.
I work from a place of deep curiosity and compassion to create an invitation for healing and growth, without fixed ideas about where we must go or how we must get there.
