Life can be challenging even during the happiest times, so when relationships, identities, bodies, situations, and beliefs change, it can leave us feeling lost or discouraged. My role is to help people navigate those moments. I came to this work with a belief that everyone deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental support—whether they are facing a crisis, moving through a transition, grieving a loss, or feeling unsure how to move forward. I’ve witnessed the impact of carrying pain alone, and I’ve also seen the healing that becomes possible when struggles are met with empathy, understanding, and care.
My approach is founded on the trust we build together. I am grounded in the belief that real change happens when we understand the patterns shaping our lives and relationships. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy, specializing in relational work and trained by the world-renowned Couples Institute.

The Women’s Depth Collective is a therapist-facilitated circle for inner work, reflection, and integration. If you are a woman in the midst of identity transition (navigating midlife, experiencing loss, religious or belief changes, relational shifts, etc.) and are curious, reflective, and emotionally aware—we hope you’ll join us.
