I take a strength-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-supported behavioral treatment modalities, as well as art, mindfulness techniques, and body-centered awareness to help build and strengthen psychological wellness. I hold a space of safety and non-judgement, working collaboratively with you in our sessions together.
I welcome adults and adolescents, and I have experience working with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, life transitions, neuro-diversity, and grief.
