Seeking support takes courage. Life brings experiences that prompt self-inquiry, exploration of relationships, and painful emotional states. You may experience mental health challenges that require both compassionate support and effective tools to navigate. Perhaps you find yourself engaging in behavior you’d like to change or using a substance that does not serve you. I am here to help navigate these challenges with you. I believe everyone can benefit from the therapeutic process and I am dedicated to helping you discover and nurture your inner wisdom.
I take a strength-based and trauma-informed approach to therapy, utilizing evidence-supported behavioral treatment modalities, as well as art, mindfulness techniques, and body-centered awareness to help build and strengthen psychological wellness. I hold a space of safety and non-judgement, working collaboratively with you in our sessions together.
I welcome adults and adolescents, and I have experience working with depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, life transitions, neuro-diversity, and grief. I strive to honor the intersectionality of your identity and relationship to mental health in our work together. Please reach out to schedule a free consultation.
