I have over twenty years’ experience working with individuals and families in trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, illness, parenting, and much more. I am a licensed clinical social worker and I have a certificate in working with military veterans and their families, EMDR, acceptance and commitment therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, and sex therapy.
I do not believe in “therapy in a can,” so your treatment is specific to you and your needs. The approach that we take is as diverse and individual as you. My role is to support, challenge, and guide you on your journey to reach your goals.
