I am passionate about working with anyone ready to make a change for the better, whether it be couples, or individuals. My approach is individualized based upon each person’s unique perspectives and needs. I use evidenced-based practices to assist with making changes needed to improve your life.
With couples, I primarily use the Gottman Method, which includes research-based interventions to strengthen weak spots to build a stronger partnership. I have additional training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy working with couples with Trauma and affairs, and "discernment" for couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship.
