I specialize in pregnancy and postpartum issues as well as teens and young adults. I welcome all parents (new. experienced, hopeful) to my office. My approach is strengths-based and collaborative, with a healthy dose of humor thrown in. Parents can feel so much pressure to enjoy "every moment" and often don't feel that they can share when they're struggling. This is where I meet you. Anxiety, depression, scary thoughts, birth trauma, bonding with baby, grief, adjusting to new "normal" are all areas where I can help.

I am certified in perinatal mental health and have additional training in perinatal grief work. I invite clients to join me in incorporating mind-body work, mindfulness practices, movement, art, and play with talk therapy to develop coping skills, build insight and facilitate change.
