I specialize in perinatal mental health disorders including postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, pregnancy loss, grief, and identity changes. I also treat students entering or in college (if away at college you must be in NY or NJ). I welcome all parents (new, experienced, hopeful) to my office. Parents can feel so much pressure to enjoy "every moment" and often don't feel that they can share when they're struggling. If you’re experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, scary thoughts, birth trauma, difficulty bonding or adjusting to life with baby, therapy can help. I also support parents through pregnancy loss (miscarriage, stillbirth, TFMR).
I am certified in perinatal mental health (trying to become pregnant, during pregnancy, through postpartum). I invite clients to join me in incorporating mind-body work, mindfulness practices, movement, art, and play with talk therapy to develop coping skills, build insight and facilitate change.
