My name is Elizabeth Bradshaw, but I go by Liz or Lizzy. I have been working in the mental health field for eight years, gaining experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I graduated from James Madison University in 2015 and Virginia Commonwealth University in 2016. My passion is helping adults heal from challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, severe mental illness, and stress. Outside of my work, I love spending time with my husband and dog, reading, learning, and working on various craft projects.
I use a holistic approach to therapy, incorporating cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), polyvagal theory, and body-centered psychotherapy, as I strongly believe in the mind-body connection.
