I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and specialize in trauma-informed care. I use a strength-based, client-focused approach to help my clients make progress towards their goals. My approach varies depending on the client's goals and needs. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help improve unhelpful thinking patterns and behavioral patterns. I have experience with Motivational Interviewing and Family Therapy as well. I work together with the client to find the best approach to help them progress forward and reach their goals.
I have experience working with adults, children, and teenagers who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, self-harm, substance use, and behavioral concerns in school or at home. I work to help my clients manage distressing thoughts and navigate difficult situations so that they can build skills to feel better and improve daily functioning.
