I have 30 years of professional advanced experience helping people achieve more satisfaction in their life be it decreasing stress, working through childhood trauma, recovering from past or present narcissistic abuse, substance abuse along with helping adolescents and young adults increase their coping skills. We will work together to come up with a therapy plan that you feel comfortable with. I utilize psychodynamic theories along with DBT and IFS training. I specialize in anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties.
