I am a certified specialist in eating disorder treatment, as well as treating trauma, anxiety, and athlete mental health. I use a variety of treatment modalities to create an individualized therapeutic relationship and experience for each of my clients to reach their goals and have an open, accepting space to process their life stories.
I love working with athletes and athletic artists who want to improve their relationship with their body, improve their performance, and strengthen the relationship within their identity. Athletes have a more complicated relationship with their body than their non-athletic peers and need that relationship to be at the top of their game.
We all have fears, doubts, and insecurities that can keep us from engaging in the life we envision for ourselves. My goal in working with you is to help you conquer those obstacles so you can bloom into the life that has been otherwise out of reach!
