My goal as your therapist is to meet you where you are at and move together towards the changes you would like to see. I pull from a variety of different styles to address your goals, including skill building, CBT, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed care approaches. I hope to foster a space where you feel seen and heard and where you are able to take care of what has brought you to therapy (or back to therapy).

I offer weekly, bi-weekly, or, in some cases, monthly sessions at 45 or 60 minutes in length via telehealth. All sessions start with a phone call where we make sure I am the right fit for you, verify your insurance, and schedule you an intake and an ongoing appointment time that works for your schedule.

I return all calls and email requests for therapy and hope that I may be of help to you at this point in time or, at the very least, be able to point you in the right direction.
