After 26 years of practice I see my ideal client as one who is ready for change. Ultimately, life is the method by which we grow. I work with a variety of tools to meet each client where they are. I have faith that we can all meet the challenges within ourselves and in life and find the inner capacity to move forward. My clients have ranged from those healing from a recent or historical trauma to those wanting life coaching. I have a holistic/systemic vision of my clients and enjoy working with body, mind spirit when appropriate.
I am an eclectic therapist who likes to work collaboratively with my clients. I come from a traditional background and have incorporated more holistic techniques into my practice through the years. I meet the client where they are and together we decide how we might proceed to best address their needs.
When clients are interested I am able to do transpersonal work. I also have training with modalities that take into account the energy body. I also enjoy working with all levels of reality. I have some training in EMDR and Family Constellations. In addition I teach meditation and chanting.

Harmony and Balance
I'd like to invite you to join me and other participants as we create together a laboratory of a short term 9-week group for men and women interested in finding harmony and balance within and without. During these 9 weeks we will be using an alchemy of deep connection with ourselves, each other, and the elements as we look through the lens of ancient stories and myths and participate in experiential exercises, sound baths and ritual as we become more awake to who we truly are.
