Rooted in a cognitive behavioral style of therapy, I aim to help my clients identify and eventually combat harmful beliefs and behaviors that may be holding them back from achieving their goals and living the life they desire. I work with my clients to build a “toolkit” full of skills that they can take with them outside the therapy room.
My specialities include anxiety disorders, relationship issues, perinatal mental health and infertility.
