Hi I'm Elizabeth, and I'm so glad you're here! I'm a licensed psychotherapist and provide both virtual and in-person therapy in New York. I use integrative approach with an emphasis on internal family system and attachment. I help women, college students, and adolescent girls overcome an array of mental health challenges including relational issues, anxiety, and self esteem concerns. I believe that connection and authenticity are the most important components of the healing process. When you feel safe and accepted, you can more freely explore and process your emotions, thoughts, behaviors and relationships.

I utilize a combination of cognitive and relational approaches, creating a warm and engaging environment for clinical work. I offer a free 15 minute phone or video consultation prior to answer any questions you may have about treatment. I am only accepting referrals for individual psychotherapy at this time.
