I strive to provide a holistic and integrative approach to help individuals and couples navigate relational issues, past trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, grief and loss, and life transitions. I have experience working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and am passionate about supporting clients as they navigate the transition into parenthood.
