I often support my clients in examining what matters most to them and figuring out how they are honoring those values within themselves as well as advocating for them in their relationships.

I hope our sessions feel like talking with a trusted friend you've known forever, where there's little distance between what you're thinking and what you're able to say out loud. I bring warmth, humor, relatability, and lightness when it's helpful.

Together, we'll identify the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, reconnect with your values, and cultivate the self-compassion needed to heal the younger parts of you that may have felt unseen or abandoned.
