I am currently accepting new clients as of 7/8/2024. I am a queer nonbinary therapist offering individual teletherapy for adults. I welcome all diverse individuals, relationships, spiritualities, expressions, & identities. I work extensively with, and enjoy working with gender & sexual minorities, intersecting identities, immigrants, parents/caregivers, & neurodivergent populations. I often work with folks experiencing stress, self-exploration, life transitions, grief, trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression & dissociation.
I provide LGBTQIA2S+ & gender affirming therapy. I provide WPATH letters as needed at no additional cost. I celebrate all identities. I am EMDR trained. I use this modality, among others, when appropriate. We will decide together what will work best for you. I enjoy tailoring therapy to build on the strengths & inner knowledge of each person I work with.
I have a transparent & collaborative approach to therapy. I am ready to start where you are. I have an anti-oppressive approach, meaning I approach therapy from the lens of social justice & recognizing the structural roots of oppression underneath much of the hurt we experience in life. Contact me for a free consultation call.

I tailor treatment to each individual based on their needs & preferences. If there is a specific type of therapy you are interested in, let me know & lets talk about it! EMDR is commonly requested. EMDR aims to reduce distress from distressing thoughts, emotions, or memories, allowing the brain to naturally heal from adverse experiences. Some folks find EMDR helps more quickly than talk therapy.
