I am currently accepting new clients as of 7/8/2024. I am a queer nonbinary therapist offering individual teletherapy for adults. I welcome all diverse individuals, relationships, spiritualities, expressions, & identities. I work extensively with, and enjoy working with gender & sexual minorities, intersecting identities, immigrants, parents/caregivers, & neurodivergent populations. I often work with folks experiencing stress, self-exploration, life transitions, grief, trauma, complex trauma, anxiety, depression & dissociation.
I provide LGBTQIA2S+ & gender affirming therapy. I provide WPATH letters as needed at no additional cost. I celebrate all identities. I am EMDR trained. I use this modality, among others, when appropriate. We will decide together what will work best for you. I enjoy tailoring therapy to build on the strengths & inner knowledge of each person I work with.
I have a transparent & collaborative approach to therapy. I am ready to start where you are. I have an anti-oppressive approach, meaning I approach therapy from the lens of social justice & recognizing the structural roots of oppression underneath much of the hurt we experience in life.
