About
I help people who are suffering, lost in emotional distress & pain. Clients work with me to heal from emotional, sexual, & physical trauma, loss, or a dysfunctional family of origin. I guide & support clients on a journey of insight, as they face emotional pain that refuses to be ignored. I see clients come out the other side with greater self-worth, grounded by confidence in themselves, discovering new opportunities while creating a fulfilling life in which they can thrive. Good therapy starts with genuine compassion and acceptance. These are core values of my practice & my life.
My goal as your therapist will be to create and maintain a safe space to contain the deepest, unbearable emotions you carry. Healing takes place as we begin to face our most painful, shameful, & devastating thoughts & feelings. When allowed to surface, they can be confronted with compassion, processed & released. Hidden here is our path forward.
I love being a therapist. Genuinely, I really really love it. The work I do with clients is inspired by the deep work I've done myself, which I see as an ongoing and lifelong journey for myself. I show up to every session with an understanding of how it can feel to sit in my client's chair. I’d be honored to be invited to join you in in your own journey.
