I am here, for all of those moments, challenging transitions, and crises of self, to provide a therapeutic container that is warm, collaborative, and focused on growth. I assist clients with identifying pervasive patterns, in pursuit of establishing new ways for living in alignment with what is authentic, vital, and personally defined.
As a Jungian psychotherapist who maintains a strength-based practice, I comfortably tailor sessions and the trajectory of a client’s work to their specific needs. Operating from a depth psychology foundation, I also incorporate cognitive approaches, somatic interventions, pragmatic problem-solving strategies, and holistic integrative medicine sensibilities.
