I specialize in Parent-Child Relationship utilizing Child Parent Psychotherapy to support social emotional development of children ages 0-5. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy with couples which goes under the defenses to the emotional roots of the problem. Couples report improved communication, trust, emotional and physical intimacy, and more effective parenting.
While working with both children and adults, I utilize evidence-based practices through a developmental and relational approach to promote wellness in areas of: relationships, marriages, trauma and abuse, depression, anxiety, divorce, and self esteem.
