I offer both a traditional office setting, and an outdoor, natural environment in my practices. Through Equine Facilitated Wellness practices we also have the opportunity to work with horses towards your therapeutic goals to help promote learning, growth, and healing.
I offer a warm and supportive therapeutic approach with a style tailored to the needs of my client. Together, we work to get to the root of what is going on while learning to manage the mental, emotional, and physical impact that stressors have on your life. I strive to help my clients move forward feeling more confident and fulfilled!
