With 23 years of experience in many many different counseling settings, I have curated my craft as a therapist. While I have had experience dealing with acute psychiatric disorders and substance abuse, my favorite population to work with is individuals seeking personal growth emotionally and spiritually. I have studied theology most of my adult life alongside psychology, and I’ve learned to integrate the two in ways that are more fruitful than either one alone.
I have a passion for holistic healing...mind, body and spirit. I am dedicated to fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere where clients can explore their deepest hurts, fears and desires. I believe that relationships are the biggest source of joy and pain in our lives and therefore I encourage my clients to look at their primary relational systems.
