Hello, let me introduce myself to you. I am a therapist who is dedicated to work with clients motivated to improve their lives in these days of uncertainty and change. I have been in practice since 1975 and have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of problems and concerns. At this point in my practice I am looking to work with. clients who need help and coaching with parenting skills for their young children, college students who are struggling with antisemitism on their college campus, or mature individuals ready to retire or change direction.
My goal as your therapist will be to help you rationally but creatively assess the problems you are facing and come up with solutions that will work for you. Therapy is a process of making sense of your personal challenges and developing tools and strategies to master them. I can only work with clients who I feel will work well with my style and schedule.
My clients walk away from a session feeling they have learned something about themselves and have been given skills to solve their problems. I value each client I work with. I believe that together we can learn from each other.
