Do you find yourself in a cycle that negatively impacts your decisions, view of self, and interaction with others? Difficulties often provoke emotional suffering and obstacles in life, but they also create unique opportunities for growth and healing. In my years of counseling, I have helped clients shift from constraining emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns toward freedom and healing. I have a special interest in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, especially as they work through the intersection between life and faith.
My approach to counseling is warm, collaborative, and personalized. I utilize research-based counseling interventions and focus on building a trusting therapeutic relationship to facilitate insight, healing, and change. I provide biblically-based, Christian counseling for those who request it.
