I believe in the healing power of therapy to help people get unstuck and change lives for the better—something I've experienced firsthand. My approach is all about making change happen experientially in therapy, which means going past insight alone. It goes right along with the Albert Einstein quote: “Experience is knowledge. All the rest is information."

I blend various therapeutic approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (for couples and individuals), Psychodynamic Theory, Polyvagal Theory, and Person-Centered Theory. I work with adults, teens, and couples. I am trained in Brainspotting (Phase I & Phase II), EFIT, and advanced training in EFCT. I love working with parents and parents-to-be.
I work alongside an experienced team of clinicians at Experience Therapy Group in East Nashville. We are an inter-disciplinary team of LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners with years of professional experience and an emphasis on experiential therapy.
