Most often, I work with young and emerging adults as they are moving away from home, launching into new careers, and starting their own families. This is an exciting and challenging time in life, which can bring about a host of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, identity formation concerns, trauma, shame, and much more.
I value honesty and authenticity above all else, which means that I promise to show up and be your partner while exploring difficult and emotional topics. I am trained in a variety of approaches, including EMDR, client centered, trauma informed therapies, and DBT, which allows me to tailor my approach to my client's specific needs.
