In my 30 + years as a therapist, I have had the honor of helping many people overcome negative patterns and make meaningful, positive changes in their lives through self-reflection, insight, and behavioral interventions. People with depression, anxiety, and relationship challenges feel supported, understood and respected in our work in individual, couples or group therapy. Sometimes you may feel that your life is at odds with how you wish to see yourself and yet you can't quite figure out what the next step should be. There are many ways that life ends up being less satisfying than you had hoped and that's where therapy is helpful. With extensive training in group therapy, psychoanalysis and EMDR, my approach is collaborative, practical and engaged. I will work with you to determine the best approach for you.
